We want to support you and your business… the reason we exist is to assist you in fulfilling your statutory obligations, managing your administrative burdens, measuring your performance and sustaining the prosperity and personal fulfilment you achieve from your business.
In order to do this we offer the following:
Free initial consultations. Since we work very closely with our clients it is important that we each feel we can get along. We offer a free meeting to any prospective client, lasting up to 1 hour, in which we can get to know a little about you and your needs and can explain to you exactly how we can be of service.
Your place or mine? We think you will like our offices, however if for any reason (or no reason at all) you would prefer to meet with us at your home or business premises then we are always happy to travel to you.
Pick up/Drop off. As mentioned above, everyone is always welcome at our offices, however we know how busy you are running your business – you might not have the time to come and see and us. If you give us a call to let us know your books are ready, we will arrange a convenient time for us to come and collect them. We can then bring them back to you once we have finished the job.
Fixed Price Agreements. For nearly all work we provide you with a fixed fee cost for the job up front before we start. In most cases this price includes unlimited ad-hoc advice throughout the year. This means that not only do you not get any unexpected bills from us but you also know that you can pick up the phone and ask us a question without the fear of being charged for it.
Monthly Standing Order payments. We offer the ability to pay our fees over 12 equal monthly instalments by standing order thus helping you to manage your cashflow and avoiding large bills. Unlike some accountants this is an optional service – we don’t insist upon it but the choice is there should you feel it appropriate for your needs.
Deadline Management. For each of our clients we keep a timetable of due dates, for filing requirements and for tax and other statutory payments. We will always contact you with plenty of time to spare before any deadline is approaching. This means that you should never have to face a last minute panic or worse still a penalty, but without having to keep an eye on the deadlines yourselves.
